SaaS Dashboard Redesign

TechFlow AI had built a powerful analytics platform, but their dashboard was overwhelming new users. Feature adoption was low, and support tickets were piling up with basic usability questions. They needed someone who could understand both the technical complexity and the user experience to create something better.

I started with a comprehensive UX audit, identifying the key friction points through user session recordings and support ticket analysis. The core insight was that users didn't need less features—they needed better information hierarchy and progressive disclosure. I designed a modular system that surfaced the most important metrics first, while keeping advanced features accessible.

The new dashboard features a clean, focused interface with customizable widgets, smart defaults based on user role, and contextual help throughout. I built it using React with TypeScript, ensuring the codebase would scale with the product. The component system I created allows their team to iterate quickly on new features.
